TO PLAINTIFF:
This case was filed more than 28 days ago and the file does not contain a return of service
for the following defendants: The City of Fort Collins, Steve Miller, or Compass Mortgage
Croporation. If plaintiff has obtained service, plaintiff must file proof of service. If service has
not been obtained, plaintiff should advise the court in writing as to the status of the case and
when service is expected to be had on defendants.
If service on defendants is not made within 63 days of the complaint being filed, the court
shall dismiss the above-named defendants without prejudice unless good cause is shown to
extend the deadline. C.R.C.P. 4(m).
