ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO CONTINUE MAY 7, 2018, TRINITY
HEARING AND FOR EXTENSION OF TRINITY DISCOVERY DEADLINE
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court upon Plaintiff’s and Defendant City of
Fort Collins’ Joint Motion to Continue May 7, 2018, Trinity Hearing and For Extension of
Trinity Discovery Deadline, and the Court, having reviewed said Motion, and having found good
cause for the relief requested, finds and ORDERS as follows:
Plaintiff’s and City of Fort Collins’ Joint Motion is GRANTED. The Trinity hearing
shall be reset to occur on Monday June 25, 2018 commencing at 10:00 a.m. The Court has
allocated five hours for the proposed hearing. Any and all expert reports relied upon for
purposes of the Trinity hearing only shall be disclosed by June 11, 2018. All discovery for
purposes of the Trinity hearing shall be completed by June 18, 2018. No further continuances of
the Trinity hearing will be allowed.
