ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE
This matter is before the Court on the Unopposed Motion for Leave to Intervene filed by Next
Chapter Properties, LLC, on June 14, 2018. For the reasons stated in that Motion, the Court finds that
Next Chapter Properties, LLC is entitled pursuant to C.R.C.P. 24(a) to intervene in this matter as of
right. Accordingly, the Motion for Leave to Intervene is GRANTED and the pleading submitted by
Next Chapter Properties as "Exhibit A" is DEEMED FILED as of the date of this Order.
