ORDER RE: DEFENDANTS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION
FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on the Defendants’ motion for an
enlargement of time to file a responsive pleading to the Complaint, and the Court being duly
advised in the premises,
HEREBY FINDS that good cause has been shown for the request and that no prejudice
should be incurred to any party given the agreement of the parties’ reflected in the motion.
The Court thus GRANTS the City’s motion. The City defendants shall have up to and
including Tuesday, April 10, 2018 to file a responsive pleading, with the understanding that if
Plaintiff voluntarily amends his Complaint to join the applicant as a defendant, the deadline for a
responsive pleading will then be 21 days after an Amended Complaint is filed and served on the
City defendants.
