THIS MATTER, having come before the Court upon Defendant City of Fort Collins’
unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff’s
Complaint and Jury Demand, and the Court, having reviewed said Motion, and being fully
advised in the premises, finds and ORDERS as follows:
Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED. Defendant has until November 30, 2017 in which to
file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint.
