Parties discuss issues outlined in Plaintiff’s Supplemental Responses to Defendant’s First Set of
Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admission submitted
directly to chambers today. Argument and discussion held regarding Plaintiff’s disclosure of
mental health records.
ORDERED: Plaintiff shall file a Motion for Protective Order with respect to Plaintiff’s
mental health records on or before February 16, 2018. Defendant shall
respond on or before February 23, 2018. Plaintiff’s reply is due on or before
February 28, 2018.
Parties discuss the availability of Plaintiff for deposition. Mr. Viorst will inform Mr. Hegarty of
Mr. McGrath’s availability for a deposition.
