Consistent with the discussion of the record,
ORDERED: Plaintiff shall supplement Interrogatory No.’s 1, 2, 4 (as to employment alone
from 2011 to the present), on or before February 2, 2018.
ORDERED: Parties shall file a stipulation regarding lost wages on or before January 31,
2018. To the extent that no stipulation is filed, the court will consider
Defendant’s arguments regarding wage information.
ORDERED: Plaintiff shall supplement Interrogatory No. 8, 13 and 14, consistent with Rule
33(d), on or before February 2, 2018.
ORDERED: The court will not compel responses to Interrogatory No.’s 3, 5, 7, 11, and 21.

ORDERED: Plaintiff shall supplement Interrogatory No. 18 as to RFA No. 9, if he plans to
rely upon additional medical personnel as witnesses, on or before February 2,
2018.
ORDERED: Plaintiff shall supplement Request for Production No. 1 with mental health
records no later than February 2, 2018.
ORDERED: A further Discovery Conference is set for February 6, 2018, at 11:00 a.m.
Counsel shall initiate a phone call between themselves prior to calling
Chambers at (303) 335-2600 at the designated time.
If parties do not need the further conference, they may contact chambers to vacate the
conference.
