Appearance of counsel.
Parties discuss issues outlined in Parties’ Written Discovery Dispute Chart submitted directly to
chambers. Parties discuss positions regarding Rule 36(a)(6) deeming matters admitted. Plaintiff
will file a motion to have the admissions deemed withdrawn.
ORDERED: Plaintiff shall file a motion to withdraw the admissions on or before February
5, 2018.
Parties have not yet located Mr. Lalo Rodriguez.
ORDERED: Parties shall meet and confer regarding the substance of the responses to the
written interrogatories and requests for production of documents. To the
extent that there are issues for the court’s resolution, the Parties will submit a
Joint Chart reflecting the disputes and any legal authority in chart format no
later January 22, 2018 at 12:00 noon to Wang_Chambers@cod.uscourts.gov.
