ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF DEFENDANT KATHLEEN WALKER
THIS MATTER COMES before the Court on the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal of
Defendant Kathleen Walker with Prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41. After carefully
reviewing the file in this matter, I find that the Motion should be granted and Defendant
Kathleen Walker should be dismissed with prejudice from this action. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal of Defendant Kathleen Walker is
GRANTED. Defendant Kathleen Walker is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE from this
proceeding. The Clerk shall amend the caption to reflect this dismissal.
