This matter is before the court on the letter (ECF No. 7) in which Plaintiff requests
a copy of the court-approved Prisoner Complaint form and a computer disk. The request
for the complaint form is GRANTED and the clerk of the court is directed to mail to
Plaintiff, together with a copy of this minute order, a blank copy of the following form:
Prisoner Complaint. The request for a computer disk is DENIED. Plaintiff is directed to
file his amended complaint on or before June 1, 2017. Plaintiff is reminded that the
action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to file an amended complaint
within the time allowed.
