TRAVIS MILES who works for Fuller Landscaping was mowing the grounds at the PFATraining Center. Neighbor KEITH GILMARTIN started yelling at TRAVIS due to him mowing grass on his property and destroying the survey post. GILMARTIN was upset over the ongoing issues over property lines and voiced his frustrations at TRAVIS. GILMARTIN accused people of moving the survey post marker and intentionally destroying it in the past. GILMARTIN placed rocks next to the marker so MILES could not mowaround the marker. GILMARTIN stated he did not place the rocks there to damage the mowing equipment, but to keep them away from the marker. Agreement was made that the property marker will be replaced with a bigger post and spray painted orange, which made Mr. GILMARTIN happy and he agreed to let the landscapers perform their duties.
