The Court, having reviewed the Unopposed Motion for More Definite Statement
Pursuant to C.R.C.P. 12(e) filed by Plaintiff, finds, concludes, and orders as follows:
It is ORDERED that the Motion is Granted. Defendant/Counterclaim Plaintiff Keith
Gilmartin shall file an Amended Counterclaim that complies with C.R.C.P. 8 within 14 days of
the date of this Order. If Mr. Gilmartin fails to do so, the Court will strike the original
Counterclaim.
