(PROPOSED ) ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR
STATUS CONFERENCE
THE COURT, having reviewed Defendant-Intervenor Summit Management Services,
Inc. (“Summit”), and Defendant City of Fort Collins (“Fort Collins”), Motion for Status
Conference, and being fully advised in the premises,
ORDERS that the Motion is hereby GRANTED. Counsel for Defendant-Intervenor
Summit shall contact the clerk to obtain dates for a status conference. Upon agreement between
the parties to a status conference date and time, Counsel for Defendant-Intervenor Summit shall
file a notice of status conference with the court.
