THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on the Defendants’ unopposed motion for
an enlargement of the presumptive page limit for the Reply Brief supporting their Motion for
Summary Judgment, and the Court being duly advised in the premises,
HEREBY GRANTS the Defendants’ motion. The presumptive page limit for the Reply
Brief is enlarged to 17 pages, not including the signature blocks, certificate of service and
attachments. The Court further accepts the Reply Brief submitted by the Defendants as being
compliant with this enlarged page limit.
