ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF DEFENDANT THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS WITH
PREJUDICE
THIS MATTER COMES before the Court on the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal of
Defendant, The City of Fort Collins with Prejudice filed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41. ECF No.
39. After carefully reviewing the file in this matter, and being otherwise fully advised, I find that
the Stipulated Motion should be granted and the Defendant, The City of Fort Collins should be
dismissed with prejudice from this action. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal of the Defendant, The City of Fort
Collins is GRANTED, and each party shall pay their own attorneys’ fees and costs.
