ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF DEFENDANTS DONALD VAGGE AND GARY SHAKLEE
WITH PREJUDICE
THIS MATTER COMES before the Court on the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal of
Defendants Donald Vagge and Gary Shaklee with Prejudice filed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41.
ECF No. 37. After carefully reviewing the file in this matter, and being otherwise fully advised,
I find that the Stipulated Motion should be granted and Defendants, Donald Vagge and Gary
Shaklee should be dismissed with prejudice from this action and the caption shall be amended to
remove their names. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice of Defendants,
Donald Vagge and Gary Shaklee is GRANTED, the caption shall be amended to remove their
names, and each party shall pay their own attorneys fees and costs.
