DEFENDANTS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME
TO FILE MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND FOR ENLARGEMENT OF
PRESUMPTIVE PAGE LIMIT
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on the Defendants’ unopposed motion for
an enlargement of the deadline to file their Motion for Summary Judgment, and also for an
enlargement of the presumptive page limits for Rule 56 motions, and the Court being duly
advised in the premises,
HEREBY GRANTS the Defendants’ motion. The deadline for the Defendants’ motion
for summary judgment (and any cross-motion that Plaintiff may file) is extended to Thursday,
December 15, 2016. Response briefs are due 21 days later, and reply briefs shall be filed 14
days after a response is filed. The presumptive page limit for the motion for summary judgment
(and any cross-motion) shall also be enlarged to 35 pages (but no more than 9,100 words).
