JOINT STATUS REPORT
Pursuant to the Court’s November 15, 2016 Minute Order [ECF No. 33], the parties, through
undersigned counsel, hereby submit this Joint Status Report, and state as follows:
JOINT STATUS REPORT
The parties have been engaged in formal settlement communications for over a month and
have been unable to reach a settlement agreement. While the parties plan to continue to engage in
good faith settlement communications moving forward, it is unclear whether an agreement can be
reached outside of litigation. For this reason, the parties respectfully request that the Court reset the
scheduling conference. The parties will call the Court to set a date that is mutually agreeable. The
Proposed Scheduling Order was filed on November 8, 2016 [ECF No. 32].
