UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW
COMES NOW, Marc F. Colin, undersigned counsel for Plaintiff, Kennyberg Araujo, and
hereby submits the following Unopposed Motion to Withdraw as Counsel of record in the within
matter. In support, Mr. Colin states as follows:
CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO D.C.COLO.L.CivR.7.1
Undersigned counsel certifies that he conferred with counsel for Defendants via email on
August 31, 2016. Defendants do not oppose the relief sought in this motion.
1. Undersigned counsel’s appearance was entered on behalf of Plaintiff, Kennyberg
Araujo, on April 29, 2016 [Doc. 1]. On July 18, 2016, Laura B. Wolf of the law firm Rathod
Mohamedbhai LLC entered her appearance on behalf of Plaintiff Kennyberg Araujo [Doc 7].
2. Plaintiff will continue to be represented by Laura B. Wolf of Rathod
Mohamedbhai LLC and, as such, Plaintiff’s interests will continue to be more than adequately
represented by those attorneys.

3. As Plaintiff continues to be represented by the attorneys associated with Rathod
Mohamedbhai LLC, none of the parties will be prejudiced by the withdrawal of Mr. Colin, and
no delay will be caused by the granting of this motion.
WHEREFORE, having demonstrated good cause, undersigned counsel respectfully
requests that this Court enter an Order permitting his withdrawal as counsel of record for the
Plaintiff.
