ORDER REGARDING CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
As discussed at the case management conference, the Court sets a deadline for
the filing of any summary judgment motion for December 1, 2016. Any Responses are
due 21 days later. Any Reply is due 14 days after the Responses.
If the case is still active, the City must file a Notice to Set Trial by February 15,
2017.
The City does not object to the Plaintiff’s filing of an Amended Complaint.
