DELAY PREVENTION ORDER
This action is before the Court on a sua-sponte judicial review. The purpose of this
review is to determine whether the action is being diligently prosecuted. The Court has
reviewed the file and finds that counsel has not responded to the Order
dated April 29, 2016.
It is therefore ordered that Plaintiff(s) show cause in writing why this case should not
be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Pursuant to C.R.C.P. 121 § 1-10, the Court will dismiss
this action in 35 days for failure to prosecute with due diligence unless an adequate response
is filed.
