It is hereby ORDERED that the City of Fort Collins’ Unopposed1 Motion to
Amend Scheduling Order (Dkt. #59) is GRANTED. The Scheduling Order (Dkt. #58) is
further AMENDED to extend the following deadlines:
• Plaintiff shall disclose affirmative experts: April 5, 2024
• Defendants shall disclose affirmative and rebuttal experts: May 7, 2024
• Plaintiff shall disclose rebuttal experts: June 4, 2024
• Discovery Cut-off: July 1, 2024
• Dispositive Motions (including 702 and 704 motions): August 9, 2024
