STATUS CONFERENCE
The parties, Plaintiff Harris Elias, by and through his attorney, Sarah
Schielke, Defendants City of Fort Collins and Allen Heaton, by and through their
attorney Mark Ratner, and Defendant Jason Haferman, by and through his
attorneys Julia Nikolaevskya and Jonathan Abramson, hereby submits this Joint
Motion to Appear Telephonically for the Status Conference, and in support of the
same, states as follows:
1. The status conference is set for December 18 at 10:30 am.
2. Both Plaintiff’s counsel and Defendant’s counsel request they be permitted to
appear telephonically for the upcoming status conference.
WHEREFORE the parties respectfully requests that undersigned counsel be
permitted to appear at the status conference by telephone.
