ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO
RESPOND TO PETITION IN CONDEMNATION
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Respondent the City of Fort Collins’s
Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Respond to Petition in Condemnation (the
“Motion”) filed on September 6, 2023. The Court, having reviewed the pleadings, the Court file,
the applicable law, and otherwise being sufficiently advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS the
Motion. The City of Fort Collins shall respond to the Petition in Condemnation on or before
September 15, 2023.
