SANITATION DISTRICT’S PROPERTY INTERESTS
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Stipulation Regarding Boxelder Sanitation
District’s Property Interests (the “Stipulation”) entered into between Petitioners, East Larimer
County Water District and North Weld County Water District, and Respondent Boxelder
Sanitation District. The Court, having reviewed the Stipulation and the file and being fully
advised in the premises,
