ORDERED: Parties are granted leave to file closing briefs as to damages on rescission.
Briefs are limited to 15 pages and are to be submitted simultaneously on
December 8, 2023, responses due two weeks thereafter and are limited to 10
pages.

expert report, are admitted for purposes of today’s hearing. Counsel are to
