JOINT MOTION TO APPEAR TELEPHONICALLY FOR 10/25/23 SCHEDULING
CONFERENCE
The parties, Plaintiff Andru Kulas, by and through his attorney, Sarah
Schielke, and Defendants City of Fort Collins, Kevin Park and Avery Hanzlicek, by
and through their attorney, Mark Ratner, hereby submits this Joint Motion to
Appear Telephonically for the Scheduling Conference , and in support of the same,
respectfully states as follows:
1. The scheduling conference is set for October 25 at 10:30 am.
2. Both Plaintiff’s counsel and Defendant’s counsel request they be permitted to
appear telephonically for the upcoming scheduling conference.
WHEREFORE the parties respectfully request that undersigned counsel be
permitted to appear at the scheduling conference by telephone.
