MINUTE ORDER: The Court has reviewed the emails submitted by Plaintiffs and
non-party Fort Collins concerning a discovery dispute about the subpoena
served by Plaintiffs on non-party Fort Collins, and Fort Collins's objections
thereto. The Court believes that full briefing, after further conferral, will assist
the Court. Therefore, the Court ORDERS Plaintiffs and non-party Fort Collins to
confer further concerning this dispute. The Court FURTHER ORDERS that,
based upon the Plaintiffs' and Fort Collins's positions on the order of
submission for emails to the Court, Plaintiffs may file (if still necessary) a
motion to compel concerning this dispute, on or before 10/6/2023. Fort Collins
may file a response on or before the 14th day after the motion is filed, and
Plaintiffs may file a reply on or before the 7th day after the response is filed. SO
