MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY
Andy McNulty, previously of Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP, counsel for
Plaintiff, hereby moves the Court for an Order allowing him to withdraw as counsel of
record and states in support as follows:
1. As of October 1, 2023, Mr. McNulty is no longer employed by Killmer,
Lane & Newman, LLP. Mr. McNulty left the firm to form the new civil rights firm
NEWMAN | MCNULTY.
2. David A. Lane and Madison Lips will continue to represent Plaintiff.
3. Plaintiff has received notification of the proposed withdrawal.
4. Because of the continuous representation, Mr. McNulty did not notify
Plaintiff that she is responsible for complying with all court orders and time limitations,
nor that she is required to obtain legal counsel, as would otherwise be required by
D.C.Colo.LAttyR5(b).

5. Certificate Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR.7.1: Because this motion is
brought pursuant to D.C.COLO.LAtty5(b), conferral is not required. See
D.C.COLO.L.CivR7(b)(4).
WHEREFORE, undersigned counsel respectfully requests that the Court grant
this Motion and permit Andy McNulty to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff.
