Finding good cause, it is hereby ORDERED that the Joint Unopposed Motion for
Extension of Time (Dkt. #18) is GRANTED. Mr. Haferman, the City of Fort Collins, and
Sergeant Heaton shall answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint on or before
August 21, 2023.
It is further ORDERED that the Scheduling Conference on August 24, 2023 at
11:30 a.m. is VACATED and RESET on September 21, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. The
proposed Scheduling Order is due September 14, 2023.
If this date and time is not practicable, the partis shall jointly contact Chambers at
303-335-2403 to reset the hearing.
