Crossclaims Against Directional Plus, LLC
Defendant, MasTec North America, Inc. ("MasTec"), moves for Leave to Amend Answer to Complaint and Assert
Crossclaims of breach of contract and indemnification against Directional Plus, LLC ("Directional"). Directional opposes the
motion. MasTec didn't file a reply.
The motion is granted in part and denied in part. It's granted to the extent MasTec seeks to assert a crossclaim for breach of
contract against Directional. But it's denied for the reasons set forth in Directional's response to the extent it seeks to assert
an indemnification crossclaim. See C.R.S. §13-21-111.5(6)(b). Accordingly, MasTec shall file an amended answer with a
crossclaim complaint that's consistent with this Order on or before August 25, 2023.
