MOTION TO WITHDRAW ANNA C. VAN DE STOUWE
AS COUNSEL OF RECORD
Pursuant to D.C.COLO.L.AttyR 5(b), undersigned counsel respectfully moves this Court
for an order permitting Anna C. van de Stouwe, Esq., who filed her Notice of Appearance on
November 2, 2021 [Dkt. #33], to withdraw as counsel for Defendants Open International, LLC
and Open Investments, LLC (hereinafter “Defendants”). In support thereof, undersigned counsel
states as follows:
1. This case is presently set for trial starting October 23, 2023.
2. Ms. van de Stouwe has departed from the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP.
3. Undersigned counsel is filing his Entry of Appearance on behalf of Defendants
concurrently with this Motion, and Paul D. Swanson, Hannah E. Armentrout, Alexander D.
White, and Alexandria E. Pierce of Holland & Hart LLP remain counsel of record on behalf of
Defendants.

4. Undersigned counsel confirms that Defendants and all counsel of record have
been served with a copy of this Motion.
5. Good cause exists for the withdrawal, because Ms. van de Stouwe has departed
the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP, and Defendants continue to be represented in this matter by
existing and new counsel of record from Holland & Hart LLP.
6. As such, undersigned counsel respectfully requests that this Court enter an order
allowing Ms. van de Stouwe to withdraw as counsel of record for Defendants.
