This matter is before the Court on Defendants City of Fort Collins and Sergeant
Allen Heaton’s Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff’s
Complaint and Jury Demand [#10] (the AMotion@).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#10] is GRANTED. Defendants City
of Fort Collins and Allen Heaton have 60 days after Defendant Jason Haferman waives
service (or if service is not waived, 60 days after Mr. Hafterman indicates that he will not
waive service) to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff=s Complaint.
