ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF
TIME TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING
THIS MATTER is before the court on Defendant City of Fort Collins’ unopposed motion
for enlargement of time to file a responsive pleading to Plaintiff’s complaint. The Court, finding
that the motion is unopposed and being fully advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS said
motion. Defendant City of Fort Collins shall have until June 9, 2023 to file its responsive pleading
to Plaintiff’s complaint in this matter.
