ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO UNRESTRICT
This matter comes before the Court on the Joint Motion to Unrestrict (ECF No. 217)
filed by the parties in this case. Having been fully advised on the matter, the Court hereby
GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS that all briefing and exhibits currently maintained under
restriction in this case (ECF Nos. 43, 45, 54, 58, 63, 67, 74, 76–78, 101, 104–106, 116, 119,
123–25, 128–29, 150–58, 173–76, 184, and 185, and all accompanying exhibits) will be
unrestricted and made available on the public docket, with the exception of the affirmative expert
report of John Hutchinson (ECF Nos. 128-1, 153-1, 175-2). The Court will make available on
the public docket only the redacted version of that report attached as Exhibit 1 to the parties’

Joint Motion to Unrestrict (ECF No. 217). The Clerk of Court is directed to docket the Redacted
Report of John Hutchison which can be found at ECF No. 217-1.
