THIS COURT, having reviewed the Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Amend the
Record, and being fully advised in the premises, finds and orders as follows:
Defendant City of Fort Collins's Motion to Amend the Record to include the correct
Exhibit – Attach to Pleading/Doc Records 000017-001084 (Part 14) and to include the
Application Form, Plaintiffs' Exhibit A to their Opening Brief, is GRANTED. Defendant shall
file the foregoing exhibits with the Court.
