Collard of Dorsey & Whitney LLP respectfully moves this Court for an Order permitting Nora Olson Cooke, who filed her Notice of Appearance on November 16, 2022 [Dkt. No. 110], to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff the City of Fort Collins (the “City”). In support thereof, the undersigned states as follows: 1. On December 30, 2022, Nora Olson Cooke left the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. 2. Case L. Collard, Andrea Ahn Wechter, and Maral J. Shoaei remain counsel of record on behalf of the City. 3. Case L. Collard confirms that the City has been served with a copy of this Motion. 4. A copy of the Notice of Withdrawal, which was served upon the City and all Case 1:21-cv-02063-CNS-MEH Document 140 Filed 12/30/22 USDC Colorado Page 1 of 3 2 Counsel of Record concurrently with this Motion, is attached as Exhibit A hereto. 5. Good cause exists for the withdrawal because Nora Olson Cooke has left the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and the City continues to be represented in this matter by existing counsel of record from Dorsey & Whitney LLP. 6. Counsel for the City conferred via email with counsel for Defendants. Defendants do not oppose the relief requested. 7. As such, Case L. Collard respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order allowing Nora Olson Cooke, formerly of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, to withdraw as counsel of record for the City.
