This matter comes before the Court on the “Stipulated Motion to Clarify Rule 702
Briefing Order, Dkt. 131,” filed by the Plaintiff and the Defendants in this case. Having been
fully advised on the matter, the Court hereby GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS THAT:
•_____ The parties need not revise and refile their existing Rule 702 motions, Dkts. 123,
128, 129, but must comply with the page limits set forth in the Court’s Order, Dkt. 131,
for all Rule 702 filings after the date of that Order; OR
•_____ The parties need to revise and refile their existing Rule 702 motions, Dkts.
123, 128, 129, to comply with the Court Order’s 15-page limit by January 6, 2023,
with responses due by January 20, 2023.

It is FURTHER ORDERED THAT, consistent with the other Rule 702 motions, there
will be no reply on the fourth Rule 702 motion to be filed on January 6, 2023.
