RESTRICT PUBLIC ACCESS TO DEFENDANTS’ MOTION
TO EXCLUDE TESTIMONY BY CITY’S DAMAGES EXPERT
Defendants Open International, LLC and Open Investments, LLC (together, “Open”)
hereby move to temporarily restrict access to Defendants’ Motion to Exclude Testimony by
City’s Damages Expert (ECF No. 123) and the accompanying Exhibits A through K to the
parties and the Court.
The motion and exhibits contain information designated confidential under the Protective
Order in this case. Counsel for Open inadvertently filed the motion and exhibits without Level 1
restriction but promptly contacted the docketing clerk, who placed the filing under provisional
Level 1 restriction.
Open respectfully requests that the Court maintain Open’s motion and accompanying
exhibits under Level 1 restriction for the provisional two-week period provided for under Local
Rule 7.2, so that either party may move to permanently restrict access to the documents.
