At the request of the parties, the Court will hold a discovery conference on August 12,
2022, at 11:00 a.m., in Courtroom A-501, on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States
Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado.
While in-person appearances are preferred, litigants and counsel whose offices are located
outside of the Denver metropolitan area or who cannot reasonably make a personal appearance
may appear at the conference remotely. Please contact Chambers at (303) 844-4507 or
hegarty_chambers@cod.uscourts.gov no later than 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning to arrange remote
appearance.
In addition to the discovery disputes raised in the email sent to Chambers, the parties should
be prepared to discuss all pending motions currently before the Court.
