Motion to Compel and [45] Plaintiff's Motion to Quash. It is ORDERED that
on or before 7/11/2022, Plaintiff shall submit two privilege logs: one
covering the documents at issue in the Motion to Compel and the other
covering the documents at issue in the Motion to Quash, given Plaintiff's
representation that the third-party subpoena at issue in the Motion to
Quash is duplicative of discovery requests previously submitted to Plaintiff.
In addition, on or before 7/11/2022, Plaintiff shall submit a copy of any
engagement letter(s) it has with TMG Consulting to
Wang_Chambers@cod.uscourts.gov for in camera review. By Magistrate
