ORDERED: The Court finds that, in light of Rule 45(c)(1)(A)’s reach of 100 miles of where
the persona resides, is employed, or regularly transacts business for a
subpoena for a deposition, there is no undue burden for deponents to travel to
Denver from Fort Collins to have their deposition taken.
Parties discuss an additional issue regarding procedure.
The Court directs parties to meet and confer regarding this issue and if they cannot come to a
resolution, to contact chambers to schedule a status conference.
