ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the Parties' Status Report [187]. The
Parties' request to reopen this matter is GRANTED. This action is hereby
REOPENED for good cause shown. Given the decision of the Tenth Circuit in
this case, the parties and Clerk of Court are directed to remove Defendant
Klamser from the caption of all future filings. A 4-Day Jury Trial and the Final
Trial Preparation Conference will be reset by way of separate order. SO
