ORDER re STIPULATION BETWEEN
CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND MILLION DEFENDANTS
This Matter comes before the Court on the stipulation entered between plaintiff City of Fort
Collins (“City”) and defendants Aaron Million a/k/a Aaron P. Million (“Million”), Jordan Fox-
Million (“Fox-Million”), Million Agricultural Investments, Ltd. (“Million Agricultural”), and Million
Farms, LLC (“Fox-Million Farms”) (collectively, “Million Defendants”).
The Court approves the stipulation and enters it as an order of the Court. Judgment shall
enter on the City’s claim for quiet title and declaratory relief in favor of the City and against the
Million Defendants. The City’s trespass claim against Million, Fox-Million, and Fox-Million Farms
is dismissed with prejudice. Each party shall bear its/his own costs and attorney fees.
With all matters resolved, the Court orders that the three-day court trial scheduled to begin
on February 6, 2023, is vacated.
