THE COURT, having reviewed the Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice, enters the
following order:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all claims by Plaintiff, City of Fort Collins, against
Defendants, American Civil Constructors, Inc. and American Civil Constructors, LLC, shall be
dismissed with prejudice, with the parties to pay their own attorney’s fees and costs.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
