For the reasons stated in the Motion, the Motion is GRANTED.
This stay of this remains in effect up to and including December 23, 2022, pending
settlement discussions. All current deadlines continue to be held in abeyance.
Defendants are ordered to file a status report, notice of settlement, stipulation for dismissal,
or other appropriate pleading on or before January 6, 2023.
