Pursuant to the Order entered on October 26, 2021, ordering the plaintiff to file a
stipulation of dismissal or the defendants to file an answer or other response to complaint on or
before June 30, 2022. Parties did not comply with this order. It is therefore ordered that Plaintiff
shall show cause in writing within thirty-five (35) days of this order why this case should not be
dismissed. Failure to do so will result in dismissal without prejudice without further notice.
