ORDER STAYING ACTION
The parties filed a Joint Motion for Stay of Case to Facilitate Settlement (“Motion”). Upon
review, and finding good cause, the motion is GRANTED. This action is STAYED and will be
administratively closed through June 30, 2022.
On or before June 30, 2022, plaintiff shall either (i) file a stipulation of dismissal, or (ii)
defendants shall file an Answer or other response to the Complaint. In the meantime, the parties
shall file two status reports as follows:
On or before December 23, 2021, a status report apprising the Court of the removal the
planter box (and its irrigation system) and the condition of those items.
On or before March 25, 2022, a status report detailing their observations of the items in
question and to update the Court on the prospects of settlement.

While the Stay is in effect, all deadlines that would otherwise apply, including but not limited
to the time to file an answer, file a certificate of review, and made disclosures under Colo. R. Civ. P.
26(a)(1), are held in abeyance.
