This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiff City of Fort Collins’ Unopposed
Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Answer and Counterclaim of Defendants Aaron
Million, Jordan Fox-Million, Million Agricultural Investments, Ltd., and Arlo Richardson,
HEREBY ORDERS that the Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff City of Fort Collins shall have
a 3-week enlargement of time, up to and including November 11, 2021, to submit its responsive
