STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE AS TO STUWARD CROSS
COME NOW the parties to the above-captioned matter, Plaintiff Stuward Cross and
Defendant The City of Fort Collins, by and through their counsel of record, and jointly stipulate
and agree that this case should be dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay their own costs and
attorneys fees. The claims of Plaintiff Katrina Richman have not been settled or dismissed.
It is represented to the Court that all matters in controversy between these parties have been
resolved by a compromise and settlement and there remain no issues to be determined by the Court.
